New Debut Crime Novel Prize

Mystery Writers of America and St. Martin’s Minotaur have teamed up for a new debut crime novel prize which will be formally announced later this week. The contest will award publication and a $10,000 contract to a previously unpublished crime novelist. Deadline to enter is December 15, 2007 and the winner will be recognized at next year’s Edgar Awards banquet. Check here for more information about the competition and its guidelines.
