Oh dear lord

I want to like this book. I hope it lives up to the premise:

Laurie Graff’s SHIKSA SYNDROME, about a Jewish woman who takes lessons on how to act like a gentile in order to attract Jewish men and then she learns that non-Jewish men can be more interested in Judaism, to Deb Futter at Doubleday, in a very nice deal, by Irene Goodman at Irene Goodman Agency (NA). Foreign rights are with Danny Baror.

Because boy, are there ever kernels of truth contained in this two-line pitch.
