two-book deal, to Jason Pinter at Three Rivers Press, by Allan Guthrie

at Jenny Brown Associates (World).

Now, I am hugely biased here, as I read several drafts of WHEN ONE MAN DIES over the course of the last few months. But so what – it’s a damn good book and the finished version will be so much more so. If you’ve read any of Dave’s short stories featuring Jackson Donne, you’ll probably have a pretty good idea what to expect. And you’ll get it, and then some.
