On the BSP Front

I’ll be in a few places this weekend, if you want to catch me speaking or reading:

• Saturday, December 3 kicks off the Small Press Book Fair, and at 5 PM I’ll be speaking on a panel with Dennis Johnson, Maud Newton and my co-Galleycatter Ron Hogan on the oh-so-innocuous topic of “Is Blogging Dead?” It should be fun to deconstruct that…
• Then on Sunday, December 4 at 6 PM, I’ll be at Barbes in Park Slope along with Dave White and Jill Rosenberg to take part in the monthly reading series curated by Robyn Schneider and Jessica Liese.
• And in print format, The Adventure of the Missing Detective and 19 of the Year’s Finest Crime and Mystery Stories is finally available, which includes my essay on blogging in the mystery world as well as my pics for the best in online fiction. That said, I still haven’t seen a copy, but I’m about to go see it for myself today, if I can…
