RIP, A.J. Quinnell

Jiro Kimura (who’s been on semi-hiatus for a while) reports that Philip Nicholson, best known for writing as A.J. Quinnell, died at his home in Malta on July 10 at the age of 65. His debut novel, MAN ON FIRE, was the basis for the recent movie starring Denzel Washington.
