sic transit gloria mundi
In honor of Memorial Day Weekend, and the prospect that the only way my endless packing will actually cease is by brute force (don’t even ask how many books I’m taking — the answer is, less than I’d like and more than I should) that’s it from me for a little while. No weekend update Sunday, though the link to my next column for the Sun will go live then.
Monday the BSP front moves into a different medium, and on Tuesday, the blog will be in the capable hands of Catherine Wald, editor of THE RESILIENT WRITER: TALES OF
REJECTION AND TRIUMPH FROM 23 TOP AUTHORS (Persea Books) featuring stories of loss, heartbreak and form letters from the likes of Amy Tan, William Zinsser, Arthur Golden and M.J. Rose. She’ll be conducting a Virtual Book Tour around the ‘sphere and this is one of her many stops, so do check out what she has to say here and elsewhere.
And after that, it’s all about Book Expo, baby.
But right now I think there are a few more boxes to get ready…
