The noir fan’s wet dream

Murder by the Book (whose link now appears in the right-hand sidebar), Houston’s fine independent mystery bookshop (that sadly, I didn’t get a chance to visit when I was in the city last year) will host a splendiferous night of noir on March 24 at 6:30 PM featuring the following gents:

Ken Bruen, Jason Starr, J.D. Rhoades, Al Guthrie and Duane Swierczynski.

And amazingly enough, I know all of them. Pretty freaking cool, that.

So if you’re in the city that night — and even if you aren’t — check this panel out. Because there’s no doubt in my mind it’ll rock. Oh, and you all might even find out why the PointBlankers have those nicknames…
